Higins (Higinzu in Japanese) is a male Centaur Paladin and a member of the Shining Force in the game Shining Force II.
Background
When Higins was searching for help, Geshp appears and decides make him a devil through possession when the Shining Force arrived and saved him.
Personality
Higins is beloved and honorable. It's also implied that he is very keen since he figured out Geshp had plans for him.
Strategy
He comes fully promoted and is overall one of the two stronger Paladins the Force can recruit. He joins in time to play a part in the plains battles of the game. He has decent HP and speed gain, while his defense and attack experience sharp increases later on, with his defense being the stronger growth of the two.
He cannot be promoted to Pegasus Knight since he comes already promoted.
He also can take a while to take off since his stat gains occur later in the game.Powers & Magic

- Although Higins can die, it seems that he was supposed to auto-revive the same as Peter and Lemon, as that he can be seen being possessed much the same way as Lemon was, thus turning him into a vampire. Higins's dialog in regards to his apparent inability to die, supports this.
